I have extensive experience and training in the mental health field, having accumulated hundreds of clinical hours, working with trauma survivors and most common presentations. My personal challenges have given me a unique perspective and a desire to help others, inspired by my journey of healing and radical self acceptance, I bring a desire to create a therapeutic relationship that can give others a pathway towards their unique needs. I hope to leverage my expertise and personal story to inspire others to embark on a journey of healing and becoming the best versions of themselves.
Travelling the world for 20 years and living in different continents has allowed me to experience people as they are and embrace the transformation that comes with every journey. Just like therapy, exploring oneself is crucial, and building a strong foundation of identity helps us face the challenges of being human. Through therapy an individual can gain a better understanding of self and how we relate to others and the world. Therapy can help build our resilience while acknowledging our past and present experiences with compassion and clarity.
